We are very committed to getting your parcel to you as soon as possible, we normally send it out second class recorded unless you have selected otherwise. We do sometimes encounter problems, but please do not panic your item is on the way and we are not here to con you into buying we want people to buy more. Your device or item will be tested before sending if possible and we be packed safely to prevent any shipping damage. We will also provide you with a tracking number after dispatch which can take up to 3 days if your order is a pre order. You can still order your item if we do not have it in stock at the time of purchase, but the delivery time on this will take longer as suspected.
